On January 17 Buckcherry played an intimate show at The Canyon, in a city called Santa Clarita, CA, which is tucked in the mountains that lie about 30 minutes north of Los Angeles. This all-seating venue is connected to the Westfield Valencia Town Center, and gave the fans a chance to get up close and personal with the band.

The rock and rollers are out on tour in support of their new album, Warpaint, to be released on March 8. It is clear that, although they have seemingly been flying under the radar, Buckcherry has a loyal fan following, which will continue to fuel their career. They hit the stage at The Canyon and began their set with a cover of the Nine Inch Nails hit, “Head Like A Hole,” and it was very well received. The band played a great set, including the hits “It’s A Party,” “Lit Up,” and of course, closed the night with the ever popular “Crazy Bitch.”

The band played a few new songs off the upcoming album such as “Warpaint” and “Bent” which are exactly what you would expect from Buckcherry. New members, drummer Francis Ruiz and guitarist Kevin Roentgen fit in perfectly with the band and proved themselves Buckcherry worthy.

It was a night of raw, unfiltered rock and roll, and Buckcherry is still going strong!
