The new era of Gibson guitars continues to honor its 126 year history while bringing on new musicians both just starting out and seasoned industry veterans. The now annual live event “Gibson Live at The Grove” took place on Thursday night January 16 after the first day of the 2020 NAMM show at City National Grove in Anaheim. This start studded event showcases some of the music industry’s most established artists as well as the young up and coming talent who will be tomorrow’s icons. Regardless of young or old, this show’s artists all have one thing in common – they all play Gibson guitars.

This year showcased non-other than the Guns n Roses six string slinger Slash as well as Billy Gibbons (ZZ Top), Don Felder (The Eagles), Lzzy Hale (Halestorm), Rick Neilson (Cheap Trick) and many more making for a memorable night of all-star jams.

Aside from the aforementioned super stars, two highlights were Blues virtuoso Jared James Nichols and Celisse Henderson – both play with more passion and emotion than anybody out there – two soon-to-be household names for sure.

If you were in attendance you know you witnessed something beyond special. The live setlist consisted of some of the most well-known songs in existence played by these superstars that made for collaborations that most likely will never be duplicated. KUDOS to Gibson for showcasing their artists in such a grand fashion.
