The Pacific Amphitheatre turned into a screaming pit of teenage girls last night as the Summer Concert Series brought Hot Chelle Rae and Allstar Weekend to town. Both groups have an infectious pop groove and catchy tunes that allows pretty much anyone to enjoy their music. SoCalMusicToday.com photographer Paul Hebert was there to bring back these images.
