Rock n Roll Journeyman John Corabi performed at the world famous Whisky A Go Go in West Hollywood on Thursday night June 6, 2019. Corabi is currently on an acoustic tour sharing intimate stories from the challenge growing up in the 1950’s with his staunch Catholic father and being a pre-adolescent rock and roll rebel with revolving radio heroes on his wall all the way up to his tenure with Motley Crue and current band The Dead Daisies.

Corabi performed songs from Union, Bowie and Motley Crue and ended the set with the anticipated “Man In The Moon” all delivered with dark humor and sarcastic wit. Diehard fans were in attendance from Japan and Australia along with The Dead Daisies and The Scream loyals. Corabi addressed the Motley Crue Netflix release, “The Dirt”, with three quick opened and closed statements, one being he had wished they had used Morgan Freeman to play the role of Corabi.

It was a profound evening of John Corabi storytelling with songs and encounters from decades of great music, idol worship and collaboration with members of every band who had a video on Headbangers Ball, including the one that introduced John Corabi, The Scream.
