The Bravery release “Stir the Blood”
“Stir the Blood,” the latest full-length from The Bravery, is available today. The follow up to 2007’s “The Sun and the Moon” returns to the bands electronic roots but with a brooding edge. Think “Time Won’t Let Me Go” if Interpol had infected it.
“The songs [are] darker, stranger,” said lead vocalist Sam Endicott. “I have often written about rage and violence, but never put these things into the music before, like it was something I preferred to pretend didn’t exist.”
The band also released music videos for some of the songs, including “Sugar Pill” and “Hatef@ck,” both of which were directed by bassist Mike Hindert.
The Bravery will be in LA for night 2 of KROQ’s Almost Acoustic Christmas on Dec. 13.
